The aim is to build a strong bridge between Ukraine and North Rhine-Westphalia in knowledge-intensive fields. Secondly, the initiative will help Ukrainian innovators to bridge the gap to let them return to work with the knowledge and skills acquired through their cooperation with organisations in NRW.
Both sides, i.e. both the North Rhine-Westphalian job and project providers and the Ukrainian expertise providers, create profiles for the platform that are only visible to registered actors. Afterwards, the potential partners can find each other - according to the professional requirements and forms - via filter functions. Personal video meetings can also be arranged directly via the platform.
