Germany Finance is launching a consultation on the attractiveness of the financial sector for young people. Fin.Connect.NRW is involved in the working group of German financial centers and the project. We support the joint project, as "human resources" is an important financial center topic, especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers.
The consultation is intended to show where there are opportunities to further increase the attractiveness of the financial sector for young talent and to support the dialog. The nationwide consultation gives young people in all their diversity the opportunity to participate in the discussion.
